1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be applicable only after the returned product is received and inspected by the Amidentis team.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

Unused
Undamaged
In original packaging
Returned with invoice, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all included items
Returned within the applicable return/refund period

Refund approval will depend on product condition, return eligibility, and inspection by our team.

2. Refund Approval Process

Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it.

After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or any suitable method approved by Amidentis India.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

The amount may reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway used.

Amidentis India will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment service providers.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

This may include debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other available payment methods.

5. Cash on Delivery Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer after the customer provides correct bank details.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank details. Amidentis India will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

Product is used, damaged, altered, or mishandled
Product is returned without original packaging
Invoice, labels, serial number, accessories, warranty card, or included items are missing
Product damage is caused due to misuse, overuse, improper handling, or negligence
Return request is made after the allowed return period
Product is not eligible for return or refund
Free gifts, promotional products, or complimentary items are not refundable
Customized or specially made products are not refundable once processing has started

7. Sale or Offer Products

Products purchased under special offers, discounts, promotional campaigns, or clearance sales may not be eligible for refund unless the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Eligibility will depend on the product page, offer terms, and company policy.

8. Replacement Instead of Refund

In some cases, Amidentis India may provide replacement instead of refund, especially if the product is defective, damaged, or covered under replacement policy.

Replacement will be subject to stock availability and inspection approval.

9. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified product defect, wrong product delivery, or damage during delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within the expected timeline, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your bank or payment provider, as refunds may take additional time to reflect.
