Amidentis India reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, suspicious activity, or any other valid business reason.

In case a product becomes unavailable after order placement, the customer will be informed and the paid amount, if any, will be refunded as per the refund policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver products within the estimated timeline. However, delivery may be delayed due to courier delays, weather conditions, technical issues, public holidays, festive season rush, stock availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible immediately. In such cases, the return or refund process will apply as per the applicable return policy.

8. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is eligible under our return policy.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, manuals, warranty cards, invoices, and other included items.

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

Original packaging, labels, tags, invoice, or accessories are missing
Serial number or product identification is tampered

Warranty coverage depends on the product type and applicable manufacturer or Amidentis warranty terms.

For Amidentis loupes, selected components may be covered under Limited Lifetime Warranty, including titanium frames, optical seals, telescope bonding to the frame, and lens cracking due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, physical breakage, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, improper storage, or damage caused by negligence.

11. Account & Website Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, password, and order information.

Any activity performed through the customer’s account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
